I am delighted to invite you to participate in the 3rd World Congress of Ophthalmic Anaesthesia (WCOA 2012) to be held in Ankara, Turkey, 24-25th May, 2012. The congress is being held under the auspices
of British Ophthalmic Anaesthesia Society in conjunctions with other sister ophthalmic anaesthesia organizations of the world. The congress is organized by Dr Oya Yalcin Cok. This congress, which is held every four years, follows the two hugely successful congresses held in London (2004) and Cairo (2008).
