Name badges will provide access to the congress area.

Registration Fee

Fees for all participants include accesss to the congress center and participation in all scientific sessions, congress badge, bag and printed material of the congress, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks between sessions and invitation to the gala dinner on Thursday, May 24, 2012.

Scientific Information
Abstract submission will be available until March 15, 2012.

Creditation

The event is approved by the Royal College of Anaesthetists for 10 CPD credits.

Language
The official language is English.

Invitation letter for the congress will be provided on request to contact@wcoa2012.org. 

Cancellation policy
An administrative charge of 30 € will be made on all cancellations received before or on April 15 2012. The full registration fee will be forfeited for all cancellations made after this date.

Gala Dinner will take place at Dedeman Ankara Hotel, Thursday, May 24, 2012
Housing
Rooms are reserved for congress participants and guests with a special rate at Dedeman Hotel, Ankara.

Food & Beverages
Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fee and will be available between session as in congress timetable.

Currency Banking
Turkish Lira is the official currency in Turkey. Foreign currency exchange is availbale in most of hotels, banks and exchange offices.

Weather
Weather during the congress dates, mid-spring, is usually warm but not hot in Turkey. However nights are a bit cooler than the day-time.
